Clubmark & Badminton Silver Club Accreditation Certificates presented to Tees Valley Clubs at All England Championships.

Saturday 12^th March 2005 was an important day for three Badminton Clubs from the Tees Valley Area.

The event was the Volunteers Reception, held after play on Semi Finals Day, at the All England Championships held at the National Indoor Arena, Birmingham.

The Reception was hosted by Sue Sutton, BADMINTON England’s National Development Director.

Acklam Badminton Club, who gained their status in January 2005, received both their Sport England Clubmark Accreditation and BADMINTON England Silver Club Accreditation certificates.

Ian Livesey, the Club’s Child Protection Officer, was presented with both certificates by David Teasdale, BADMINTON England’s Interim Chief Executive.

Guisborough Westgate Junior Badminton Club & Marske Junior Badminton Club, who were awarded Clubmark Accreditation in July 2004, received their BADMINTON England Silver Club Accreditation certificates.

Andy Baxter, Guisborough Westgate Junior Badminton Club Head Coach & Secretary and Paul Young, Marske Junior Badminton Club Chairman also received their certificates from David Teasdale.
